Contractor Stays Hull – Short-Term Accommodation

1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required to secure a booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Weekly rates may apply for longer contractor stays.

• A security deposit may be required and is refundable after checkout, subject to inspection.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in from 3:00 PM

• Check-out by 10:00 AM

• Early check-in / late check-out may be available for an additional fee.

• Self check-in instructions are provided before arrival.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Full refund if the booking is cancelled more than 14 days before check-in.

• No refund for cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival.

• Contractor bookings (weekly/monthly) may follow separate cancellation terms agreed in writing.

4. Guest Responsibility

• Guests must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.

• Damage, missing items or excessive cleaning will result in charges or deductions from the deposit.

• Only registered guests may stay overnight.

5. House Rules

• No smoking inside the property.

• No parties or loud gatherings.

• Respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

• Pets only allowed if agreed in advance.

• Keys, parking permits and access devices must be returned at checkout.

6. Safety & Security

• Doors and windows must be secured when leaving the property.

• Tampering with fire alarms, safety equipment, Wi-Fi or security devices is strictly prohibited.

7. Lost Property

• Items left behind can be returned on request; postage costs must be covered by the guest.

8. Liability

• Contractor Stays Hull is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property.

• We are not liable for interruptions to utilities or third-party services outside our control.

9. Cleaning & Linen

• Fresh linen and towels are provided at the start of the stay.

• Weekly cleaning and linen change is available at extra cost.

10. Parking

• Where a parking permit is provided, guests are responsible for correct use.

• All parking fines or vehicle-related charges are the guest’s responsibility.

11. Emergency Stays

• Urgent bookings may have different payment and cancellation conditions.

• Immediate access depends on availability and booking details.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• By making payment, the guest confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• Breach of these terms may result in additional charges or termination of stay without refund.
